ORGANIC FACIALS
We use organic products from the Silk Road Skin Care line and a Silk Road Silver Jade organic green tea for your facial steam.
This natural recipe allows you to benefit from the antioxidant power of green tea and the regenerative effect of essential oils through a nutrient rich, restorative facial.
GENTLE FOAMING CLEANSER
Your facial begins with the application of Silk Road’s Gentle Foaming Cleanser that cleans without upsetting the water/oil balance upon which good skin depends. Made with lavender, geranium, tea tree, and peppermint essential oils, and gentle vegetable based cleaning agents.
BOTANICAL MIST TONER
A Botanical Mist toner is applied to complete the cleansing process. Toners help remove the last traces of dead skin cells and balance the skin’s pH level after cleansing.
NOURISHING DEW (SCENTED OR UNSCENTED)
This is followed by a Nourishing Dew, an all-in-one day or night moisturizer formulated with antioxidants rich in Vitamin A (beta carotene) and vitamin E), jojoba and vegetal squalene.
PURIFYING NECTAR
Blemishes, acne, blackheads and enlarged pores are treated with a Purifying Nectar. This is a unique, natural formulation of lavender, tea tree, cedar wood, peppermint, cold pressed grain and seed oils, jojoba, and antioxidants such as vitamins A (beta carotene) and E.
GREEN TEA FACIAL STEAM
Silk Road’s Silver Jade tea facial steam helps restore your skin’s natural radiance with Chinese green tea leaves.
BALANCING MASK
A Balancing Mask is applied to reduce uneven skin tones, balance excess oily and dry skin, and rejuvenate the complexion.
Your choice of Clay or Volcanic Balancing Masks draw out impurities, assist cellular regeneration for a more youthful complexion, soften and improve skin tone.
- The Clay Mask is made with neroli, rose, jasmine, frankincense, sandalwood, myrrh, rosewood, clary, sage, geranium, lavender, petit grain, marjoram and clay. Excellent for sensitive and all skin types.
- The Volcanic Mask is made with lavender, tea tree, cedar wood, peppermint and volcanic mud. Excellent for normal, oily, congested skin and blackheads. Not suitable for sensitive skin.
This facial is beneficial for all skin types. Ideal for normal, dry, mature, sensitive and sun damaged skin.
